| Minimum high school graduate required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Must be competent in business math, able to operate a calculator, copier, fax machine and have good working knowledge of a computer. Must have extensive working proficiency in all aspects of clinic practice operations and procedures. Must possess the ability to write, implement and monitor policies and procedures. Ability to manage administrative team members. Minimum of five years previous office management experience required. Master's Degree may substitute for clinic office experience. Must have good working knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding requirements and regulations. Must have good medical terminology knowledge. Must have good working knowledge of insurance and regulatory requirements. |
