Maintenance Technician II

Semi-skilled trades maintenance work needed to perform a variety of routine and minor maintenance, repair and construction tasks including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs, and landscaping. Performs daily tasks involving inspection and repair of carpentry, appliances, plumbing and electrical devices, utilizing a wide range of tools.

Requirements include skill in the use of common hand tools, ability to follow oral and written communications and to communicate in writing.

• Must perform moderately heavy manual work
• Will occasionally be required to perform some cleaning and grounds maintenance
• The proven ability to maintain working relationships with clients and employees is required
• Must possess a valid Kentucky driver license
• The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, with experience in building maintenance work

Salary range begins at $32,000.00 with an excellent benefits package including health, dental, life insurance, and retirement savings opportunities. Pre-employment physical and drug screening may be required.
