Staff Accountant
Job Description
A rapidly growing company is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team. You should have Accounting experience working with a diverse clientele from individuals, small private held businesses, to large local non-profit organizations. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have a College Degree with a major in Accounting, must have at least 5 years’ Staff Accountant experience, must have strong bookkeeping skills and a firm understanding of corporate/business accounting, must be proficient using Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and tax filing software, must have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, must have excellent communication, and organizational skills, must have the ability to pay a high attention to detail, must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment, and must have a strong work ethic. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. This company offers excellent development and career advancement opportunities upon permanent hire.
