Instructor Chemistry
General Education and Development Studies

Instructor of Chemistry Lecture and Chemistry Lab courses teaching a minimum of 15 SCH per Fall and Spring semester. Will teach introductory to Chemistry, and general Chemistry courses. Master’s Degree in Chemistry or a Master’s Degree with a minimum of 18 Graduate Hours in Chemistry required. Experience teaching for a two-year college is preferred. Will be expected to develop and teach courses using both face-to-face and on-line delivery. Teaching assignments may include day, evening, and/or online classes. Locations may include on-campus, dual enrollment, and Early College High School. Correctional facility teaching assignment available. Position is security sensitive and subject to Texas education Code 51.215, which authorizes the employer to obtain criminal history record information.
