We are a nationwide auto parts distributor looking to fill store management positions.  We offer our store managers highly competitive pay in a stable and long term industry.  Our stores are closed on weekends which provides our employees a good work/life balance.  

New managers will be put through our management training program and then relocated to run a company-owned store.  Relocation costs will be covered along with a relocation bonus.

Annual starting salary up to $110,000 with opportunities for monthly commissions.  

Bachelors Degree is required and management experience is preferred.

This is a nationwide job opportunity with relocation required.

Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage the day to day operations of a retail store
• Maintain an organized and accurate warehouse.  
• Customer relations
• Hire, train and motivate employees
• Retain and grow store sales
• Manage a small fleet of delivery vehicles
