Field Service Engineer III - Wilmington, MA. Apply, troubleshoot, & resolve process & equip-rel'd field problems; dvlp, implmnt, & write installation & maintenance procedures for equip; dvlp advanced technology used in signal analyzer products; coach & train lower lvl personnel w/ regard to installations, maintenance, upgrades, fault diagnosis, & repair of tools; assist customers w/ resolution of specialized technical service issues which range from sftwr & hrdwr issues, upgrades, & evaluating tool performance; prepare technical reports for upper-lvl mngmnt to address client needs; &, conduct installations, de-installation, & pre-installation site preparation reviews. Reqs: BA Degree in Electronics, Eng, or rel'd technical field w/ 5 yrs progressive, post-BA rel'd exp which must incl the following end of life systems: NSX-95, NSX-105, NSX-115, AXi-930, & AXi-935.
