Accounts Receivable Manager
Job Description
A manufacturing company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager or Staff Accountant to perform day-to-day financial transactions. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Responsibilities:
- Classify, compute, verify, post, and record accounts receivables and invoices
- Verify validity of account discrepancies
- Handle accounting operations and upholding strict quality and accuracy standards
- Conduct investigations and in-depth evaluations
- Create standard operating procedures and delivering training to credit personnel
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Must have an Associates Degree in Business Administration
- Must have prior Accounts Receivable experience
- Must have the ability to perform day-to-day financial transactions
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce Software along with accurate data entry skills
- Must have excellent communication, telephone, and organizational skills
- Must have ability to pay a high attention to detail while multi-tasking
