Current Available positions:

Parts Room Clerk - Position requires excellent organizational skills with competency in basic Office skills (Excel, Word). Must have a good driving record as well as reliable communications skills. Ideal candidate has warehouse/inventory experience and thrives in a team-centered environment.

Material Handler – Must be able to operate small hand tools and small machinery.  Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to, skill saws, band saws and miter saws.  Must be self-motivated and a fast learner.  Knowledge of cutting and handling of all types of aluminum a must.

Sheet Metal Technician: Perform fabrication for cabinet components, including dismantling, repairing, alodine processing, riveting and assembly of parts.  Experience in layout, bending, cutting, forming, and assembling parts for assigned tasks.  Needs the ability to read work orders, blue prints, engineering. Experience with various general sheet metal tools.

CNC Machinist (1st & 2nd Shift) – Experienced machinist. Must understand basic fixture setup and programming/3D software and able to process engineering, materials and specifications. Experience with inventory management and the use of various machine tools.  Prepare and load raw materials/parts onto machines. Set up machines and make necessary adjustments for best result.  Inspect and measure parts to determine correctness.  Maintain machinery daily.

CNC Programmer (1st & 2nd Shift) – Experienced CNC Programmer.  Position evaluates all completed designs to validate they meet specifications.  Analyzes job orders and performs necessary calculations, writes programs and modifies existing ones using knowledge of tools and their application.  Checks completed programs through simulations and tests, and chooses the proper cutting tools for programs.  Makes improvements to set up and cycle times of existing programs to enhance efficiencies.

Experienced Upholstery Technician - Foam fabrication and covering of aircraft seating and soft goods with high quality leathers/materials. To cover seating, closet interiors, bulkheads, window panels, headliners, and lav parts. Requires experience with industrial sewing machinery, skivers, and hand tool skills. Experience in Aircraft Interiors preferred.

Seamstress -  Sewing leathers, fabrics and sheep skin using commercial sewing machines. Requires working knowledge of industrial sewing machines and sewing techniques. Experience in aircraft interiors preferred.

Interior Finisher - Required skills: Prep, sand, buff, and stain various veneers and materials. Need the ability to apply high build clear coat finishes to be sanded and buffed to a high gloss. Experience in aircraft finishing preferred, but not required. 

Other Positions that make up our team:

Mechanical Drafter Job Description - Prepare detailed working diagrams of parts and mechanical devices, including dimensions, tolerances, title block data, material and other inspection related information utilizing Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) ASME Y14.5-2009 standards for first article drawings. Work directly with various departments to assure excellent communication. Must have excellent reading comprehension and listening skills, as well as organizational and communication skills.

Quality Control Inspector - Responsibilities: Inspect received/outbound parts, assemblies, and finished products in accordance with contract specifications. Closely follow inspection guidelines to perform a variety of complex/critical inspetion procedures and produce reports. Act as liaison between QA and all other departments. Requires usage of common inspection related tools.  Requirements: 3 years experience, advance blueprint reading.

Janitor/Building Maintenance –  Experience Preferred.  Position is responsible to clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom areas and lawn maintenance).  Also, perform routine inspection and maintenance activities as required and notify management of deficiencies or repair needs.  Responsible for upkeep of cleaning and maintenence supplies.  Must cooperate with CAC staff and follow all health and safety regulations.

Cabinet Builder - Fabricate aircraft cabinets from composite materials covered in exotic veneers. Requires basic carpentry, machinery and hand tool skills. Experience in aircraft cabinet building preferred.  

Procurement Clerk - Position requires excellent organizational skills with competency in basic Office skills (Excel, Word). Identifies procurement requirements for aircraft, facility goods and services. Responsibilities include quotes, tracking, and order follow up. Work closely with suppliers to handle procurement for internal as well as production requirements.  Procurement experience is preferred. 

CNC Press Brake Operator/Programmer - Manufacture parts and tools from metal using a computer numeric controlled (CNC) press brake.  Producing parts by making precision bends based on programming inputs to the controller. Program CNC press brake to manufacture parts from blueprints, 3D models, engineering parameters as well as production schedules.  Operate CNC press brake, load, edit and optimize programs based on in-process inspection of first article parts. Requires experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word and Outlook. Must be detail oriented and be able to work effectively with little or no supervision.

Parts Expeditor: Responsibilities: Coordinate/execute movement of parts throughout various departments.  Maintain schedules regarding production, progress and deadlines. Keep track through multiple processes, and is responsible for status updates and consistent reporting to management.  Requires  working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Candidate must be detail oriented, with the ability to work effectively with little or no supervision.

Interior Painter (second shift) - Required skills: Read/follow all company manufacturing processes/paperwork. Prep work on various types of metal, wood and plastics  Ability to mix various types of primers/paints to specs.  Be familiar with conventional & HVLP spray equipment. Possess the ability to work independently with good decision-making skills with the physical ability to stand, bend & crouch while spraying.   Experience in aircraft interior painting preferred, but not required.
