Manufactured Home Park Office Manager (Moses Lake)
Part-Time, Monday through Friday, 4 hours per day. Set office hours negotiable. Salary Depending on
Qualifications/Experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Previous clerical / administrative experience.
• Should be self-starter and well organized.
Duties Include:
• Check voicemails and emails and respond to tenant inquiries / concerns.
• Review monthly rental reports and collection of balances owed.
• Advertise and show vacant home sites.
• Process tenant applications and screening.
• Preparation of leases, notices and other written communications.
• Provide written collection status reports on a monthly basis.
• Manage and update tenant information records.
• Maintain the park office and equipment.
• Provide timely responses to tenant concerns.
• Assist with manufactured home sales by tenants and landlord.
