This Nurse Manager position will lead the Emergency Department at UH Regionals Hospital, which include Richmond and Bedford Medical Centers.

Experience & Knowledge:

  • 3-5 years progressive clinical and  management experience
  • Demonstrates the ability to facilitate change, excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrates a professional demeanor when responding to patients/customers.
  • Able to handle high-pressure situations

Education:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master in Nursing (MN) from an accredited program required.
  • Demonstrates skills in human relations, human & material resource management  
  • Evidence of ability to provide exceptional nursing leadership

Required Credentials, License, and / or Certifications:

  • Current RN license in the State of Ohio
  • BLS
  • Certification in clinical or leadership specialty within one year

Special Skills & Equipment Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of current technology and equipment to meet patient and employee needs
  • PC and computer applications
