This position will provide support to our Central Pharmacy in Yakima, WA.

We are looking for a Systems Analyst who can:

  • Take a leadership role in gathering requirements, designing, developing, maintaining, reviewing, and providing technical support.
  • Act as a liaison between the Central Pharmacy, IS, Software Vendors and business stakeholders.
  • Prioritize tasks and projects, assess issues and develop effective solutions
  • Provide key support and coordination of projects to address and solve business problems.
  • Exercise sound judgement with minimal direct supervision.
  • Communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Document business and clinical processes
  • Support, document and workflow of an Enterprise System
  • Engage with and be able to escalate issues with vendors as needed

A strong candidate will have knowledge of:

  • Clinical and business systems and how they are used to solve business problems.
  • Pharmacy systems including McKesson EnterpriseRx and/or Epic’s Willow
  • Troubleshooting techniques      
  • Experience supporting hardware, software and peripheral equipment of an Enterprise Environment

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in technical field such as information technology or information systems; or a 2 year technical degree with 2 years of experience. Proven experience may be substituted for education on a year for year basis.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Clinical Information Systems or related field.
  • Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Current Washington State driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
