Accounts Payable/File Clerk - Part-time - 2 Needed
Job Description
A local company has 2 openings for an Accounts Payable and a File Clerk to work part-time. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be processing check runs at least 3 times a month and using an in-house software called Jonas. The file clerk needs to be familiar with 3-way matches and will be filing documents.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have prior Accounts Payable experience, must have 3-way match knowledge, must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills, must have the ability to pay a high attention to detail, and must be flexible regarding actual working hours. Only candidates that can pass a background check will be considered. Any candidate that has Jonas Software knowledge is a huge plus.
