POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing strategic leadership for the organization by working with the Board of Directors and Executive Management Team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, or other related area; Master's Degree preferred. Experience in leading a complex organization of 150 employees or more with budgets $20M is required. Able to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization. Public sector experience at the county, state, or federal level is preferred. Demonstrate high ethical standards. Proficiency in basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook is needed.
