Overview

Cypress Employment is looking for a Contracts Administrator for a client in Mobile, AL. 
 
Job duties include, but are not limited to:

New Vendor set up
Review and enter all subcontractor pay applications for accuracy and contract compliance (Waivers, Insurance, State and Local Licensing, W-9s, etc.)
Effectively communicate with Project Managers regarding contract documents, change orders/requests and other contract modifications, approvals, and any additional services related to subcontractor billings
Enter and process accounts payable invoices into paperless AP software to include properly coding to the correct job number, cost code, GL account number and commitment
Assist with lien waiver maintenance, subcontract insurance verification, W-9 maintenance, Licensing Requirements
Respond to inquiries from Project Managers, Controller and other department managers
Process, report and distribute all 1099s & year end processing
Fielding questions and assisting with job PM’s and superintendents
Fielding questions with subcontractors, suppliers, PM’s, supers etc. and revolving issues arising on jobs
Doing joint pay request between subs and suppliers
Field paperwork, match with invoices etc.
Setting up subcontract with software support when changes are made
Setting up tax exemption for jobs if needed, MPC #’s
Compile backup documentation for any legal issues with respect to vendors/subcontractors
Completing forms for new state licenses as required
Assisting with answering telephone overflow
