Prevention Specialist, Exercise Science/Kinesiology – Industrial Setting

ProgressiveHealth is seeking an experienced injury Prevention Specialist to join our company in providing specialized injury prevention and health improvement solutions at a automotive parts manufacturing facility located in Owensboro, KY.  This position is available during second shift.

Responsibilities include performing:

• Proactive injury prevention
• Acute injury management
• Restrictions and return-to-work management
• Self-care education and implementation
• Wellness programming

Ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and work independently
• Exceptional customer service and clinical skills
• Knowledge of ergonomics, FCE, and orthopedic background or interest is a plus

Education and training required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology 
• CPR/AED certification
• New grads encouraged to apply

Shifts:

• Second (Evenings/Nights)
