The University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria is seeking a full-time IT Tech Associate for desktop support. This position will be responsible for level II desktop support on Windows / Mac products.  A + certification and/or a Microsoft Windows certification preferred.   Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Office, Windows and APPLE operating systems, computer installation and repair (new systems, hard disks, ram, etc.), customer service and troubleshooting skills desired.  Knowledge of electronic medical record EPIC preferred.

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications: Any combination (A,B) totaling two years from the following categories:

1. progressively more responsible work experience in IT-related profession
2. college course work in IT, IT Management or closely related field

AND Specialization Required: Bachelor’s degree In IT or related field OR equitable years of experience
