HVAC Pipefitter

1. build or repair structures in construction, repair, or manufacturing setting

2. cut, shape, fit, or join wood or other construction materials

3. use measuring devices in construction or extraction work

4. move or lift heavy objects

5. use two-way radio or mobile phone

6. adhere to safety procedures

7. clean rooms or work areas

8. repair or replace gas, steam, sewer, or water piping or fixtures

9. clean equipment or machinery

10. fabricate, assemble, or disassemble manufactured products by hand

11. measure and mark reference points or cutting lines on workpieces

12. assemble and install pipe sections, fittings, or plumbing fixtures

13. bend tubing or conduit

14. cut, bend, or thread pipe for gas, air, hydraulic, or water lines

15. use basic plumbing techniques

16. use pipe fitting equipment

17. apply adhesives, caulking, sealants, or coatings

18. apply cleaning solvents

19. assist mechanic, or extractive or construction trades craft worker

20. move materials or goods between work areas

21. use hand or power tools

22. use acetylene welding/cutting torch

23. requisition stock, materials, supplies or equipment

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
