Coordinate:

Plan, direct, coordinates, and oversees the operations/activities of the assigned clinic(s)
Assure patient satisfaction goals, clinic goals and quality standards are met
Coordinates the hiring of clinic staff

Supervise:

Supervises, evaluates, coaches, and counsels employees within scope of responsibility
Recommends merit increases and disciplinary actions
Provides evaluation feedback (individual and/or team)

Serves as a liaison between clinics, staff, physicians, and administration to ensure high quality, cost effective patient care

Adheres to NMHS/NMMCI Policies/Procedures/Guidelines
Complies with applicable federal and state regulatory guidelines/laws/policies/procedures

Job Knowledge:

Bachelor's Degree in a business, finance, management or clinical field; required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct clinic and/or ambulatory care management required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; required
Excellent organizational and analytical skills; required
Working knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding hospital based/free standing clinic systems; required
Ability to Interact with a patient population of ages ranging from neonates to geriatrics, required

Excellent interpersonal skills; required
