GENERAL PURPOSE:
 

 KwikBoost, a manufacturer of commercial mobile device charging solutions is looking to add an ambitious, self-starting Marketing Coordinator to our team. This highly-collaborative position is responsible for developing, implementing, and tracking marketing campaigns and activities that promote KwikBoost’s brand and products through the use of social media, blogs, email marketing, website initiatives, paid advertising, and the development of sales tools to generate leads and drive engagement. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure, can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life, and is committed to on-brand quality work.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Create, manage, and monitor all social media campaigns to build brand awareness with a focus on growing website traffic.
  • Oversee email marketing and nurture programs; includes ideation, collaborative planning with sales, targeting, designing, executing, and reporting results.
  • Develop, write, and produce quality content including blog articles, success stories, product brochures and one-pagers, infographics, and videos.
  • Provide day-to-day agency support and monitoring of Google advertising campaigns and Amazon product listings. Evaluate and monitor performance monthly.
  • Assist with website design and management projects, maintain online product listings, and monitor e-commerce sales.
  • Manage and maintain a content calendar of social media campaigns, emails, new product launches, etc.
  • Keep up to date on email marketing, social and digital media trends, best practices, and monitor competition initiatives in the space.
     

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Special projects as assigned
  • Assemble product samples and/or help with photo shoots as required

 

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Flexible team player with an entrepreneurial spirit

 

 

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

 

  • Education Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
       
  • Work History Requirements:
    • Prefer 3-5 years marketing experience
    • Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce a plus
    • Understanding of marketing automation; Pardot experience a plus

 

COMPUTER EQUIPMENT AND LEVEL OF SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Adobe Creative Suite applications (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) a plus
  • WordPress experience a plus
