| Job Summary: |
Oversee the creation and maintenance of financial aid packaging (awarding) plan in Ellucian BANNER, collaborating with the Assistant Dean and Associate Directors to ensure that the plans meet the individual program requirements, recruitment, and Title IV regulations. Serve as primary contact for all undergraduate awarding and fund management. Process and certify of all NYS funds including TAP, EOP and Excelsior for all Undergraduate Students. Ensure Satisfactory Academic Processing for all Under Graduate students. Conduct financial literacy sessions for our Undergraduate Students. Conduct Financial aid presentations for Admissions Sessions, Orientation Sessions, and local community financial Aid events. |

| Minimum Qualifications: |
Masters degree and 1 year of Financial Aid experience to include Higher Education experience OR Bachelor's degree and 3 years of Financial Aid experience to include Higher Education experience required. Must have proficient working knowledge of Federal and State Financial Aid regulations. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Masters degree and Ellucian Banner Student Data Systems experience preferred. |
