Assessors Clerk - The Town of Brunswick is currently seeking an Assessment Department Clerk. This is a Part Time position, 3 days/ week 8 am-4 pm. Candidates must have strong computer skills & be proficient in MS Windows, Office & Word. Strong organizational, communication & people skills are essential. Duties include analyzing & processing deeds & building permits, maintaining & updating property owner exemptions, updating computerized real property records, maintaining relationships with homeowners while informing ad advising on available programs and assisting the assessor with daily activities.
