Position Summary/Essential Duties:
- Ability to clean patients rooms, public spaces and the collection of trash and bio hazardous material.
- Familiar with using: Vacuum, wide vacuum, mop, wringer, burnisher, ladder, extractor.
- Ability to assist family members and patients of all ages.
- Ability to identify and/or perform light maintenance requests.
- Strong customer service skills required.
- Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients/coworkers.
- Takes responsibility for self-development and supports a learning environment.
- Displays commitment to the mission of the hospital and its values.

Experience & Knowledge:
- 1 year of cleaning experience preferred.
- Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Surface-cleaning techniques.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, as well as, exhibits a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
