Athletic Trainer, Program Coordinator – Industrial Setting

Due to new business expansion, we are seeking an experienced Certified Athletic Trainer with strong leadership qualities to provide specialized injury prevention and health improvement solutions at an automotive parts manufacturing facility located in Owensboro, KY.

Responsibilities include performing and managing oversight for:

• Proactive injury prevention
• Acute injury management
• Job site assessment and physical demand analysis
• Restrictions and return-to-work management
• New hire post-offer testing
• Wellness programming
• Ability to work First (day) Shift

Ideal candidates will have:

• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and work independently
• Exceptional customer service and clinical skills
• Knowledge of ergonomics, FCE, and orthopedic background or interest is a plus

Education and training required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training
• Kentucky Athletic Trainer license or ability to obtain Kentucky license
• Current CPR/AED certification
