Picker/Packer – Using voice picking technology, fulfills customer orders. Must be detail-oriented, possess a high level of energy and sense of urgency, and ability to maintain a focused walking pace throughout shift. Base rate of $12/hour with ability to earn up to an additional $4/hour through production bonus.

Inflator – Inflates, cups and packs balloons. Requires fine hand/finger manipulation skills and ability to stand in one place throughout shift. Base rate of $12/hour with ability to earn up to an additional $3/hour through production bonus.

Candy Assembly – assembles various components of giftable all-occasion candy containers using various containers, small balloons, candy, and ribbon curls/foil. Requires fine hand/finger manipulation skills and ability to stand in one place throughout shift. $12/hour.

Packaging – prepares giftable candy containers for shipment to customers. Requires ability for constant movement throughout shift. $12/hour.

Preferred Education: High school diploma degree or GED.

Preferred Experience: Solid work history is a must. Distribution Center experience a plus.
