Job Summary: As a member of the Moonshot team, the Metrics Coordinator/Programmer Analyst works collaboratively with the dashboard development team to analyze complex internal business processes in order to design, build, test, and implement the resulting software application systems, modules, or programs for various levels of data analysis by all internal departments, as well as participate in research and development, maintain existing dashboards, and be responsible for attending governance and data quality meetings. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, serving as the workflow expert and collaborating with application analysts/programmers and end-users to understand, describe and translate applications, workflows, metrics and definitions, working as a part of the dashboard development team to highlight pertinent data, and suggesting innovative solutions for visualizing, categorizing and/or predicting data through research and development sessions.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and three (3) years relevant experience or Associate's degree level and five (5) years related experience, plus strong analytical and interpersonal skills. 

**Candidates who possess a Bachelor's degree and 2 years relevant experience or an Associate's degree and a minimum of four (4) years relevant experience may be considered for appointment to a lower level (SL3) position at a commensurate salary. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related area. Relational Database experience with and strong SQL background; Ability to troubleshoot application issues working with end users, vendors and IT Staff. Experience with Epic is not mandatory but is preferred; Tableau experience is a plus.

Work Days:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
