He progressed through many roles such as Order Selector, Nightshift Supervisor, and Dayshift Supervisor, before being promoted into his current role.
At each and every position or new challenge…someone in management encouraged me to take the opportunity and felt I had the talent or skills to excel in that new role.

Erica Dunn, Buyer, Performance Foodservice - FloridaErica Dunn, a buyer at Performance Foodservice – Florida, started her career with us 10 years ago. She has been promoted multiple times before settling into her current role. With the support of PFG she is pursuing a degree in Business Management.

Supporting Our Veterans
Mott Willis, Warehouse Manager, Performance Foodservice - PowellMott Willis served nearly four years in the U.S. Air Force stationed in Alaska. Just months after leaving the military in 1987, he was hired as a fork lift operator at PFG. He has advanced through several positions over the past 3 decades, earning his current role as a Warehouse Manager at Performance Foodservice.
PFG has allowed me to grow in my role, which enabled me to advance my career. It's been a great fit for me and my family.

Jamie Guadagnino, President, Vistar PhoenixJamie Guadagnino began her journey with PFG 18 years ago as a Customer Service Representative. She advanced through a variety of positions over the years and through hard work and commitment, she is now President of Vistar Phoenix.
