Grounds Foreman for Landscape Construction Company Supervise and coordinate workers for commercial and residential hardscape and softscape installation. Develop plans and schedules for maintenance and improvement of grounds, including work priority, crew and equipment requirements. Mixes and prepares spray and dust solutions. Assigns and train workers' tasks, such as planting, fertilizing, irrigating, mowing, pruning of trees and shrubbery, finishing cement, grading, and tractor or backhoe operation. Directs workers in maintenance and repair of driveways, walks, benches, and other outdoor features, as well as maintenance and repair of equipment such as power mower and backhoe, using hand tools and power tools. Record workers' time and assess quality and pace of daily work performed. Interview, hire, and discharge workers. Minimum 2 years experience. $24 per hour full time.
