Landscape Laborer - Temporary, full-time April 1, 2018- December 21, 2018. 10 jobs with Tropical Treehouse Cross Creek Nursery, Richmond, VA & job sites in Chesterfield, Goochland, Henrico & Powhatan city’s. 

Use hand/power tools/equip. Lay sod, seed, mow, trim, prune, mulch, plant, water, fertilize, dig, rake, assist w/sprinkler install & mortar less masonry wall units,& other general landscape tasks. Entry level/requires supervision. No experience required will train. Lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary Background check required.35 hours per week 7:00 AM-2:30 PM Mondays-Fridays Saturdays/Sundays work required, when necessary Wage is no less than $13.02 per hour (Overtime varies at $19.53 per hour). Raise/bonus at employer discretion. Transport (include meals &, as necessary, lodging) to place of employ provided or paid to workers residing outside normal commute distance by completion of 50% of job period. Return transport provided or paid to same workers if worker completes job period or is dismissed early. Workers are guaranteed offer of¾of work hours each 12-wk period. Tools, supplies, equip, & uniform provided at no cost. Potential deduct for reasonable cost of lodging, reasonable cost of negligent damage to lodging, volume health insurance and/or volume retirement plan may apply. Employer may assist to secure worker-paid lodging if needed. Employer provides incidental transport btw job sites. Interview required.
