Our Surgical Oncology unit, Seidman 5, is a 30 bed acute surgical oncology telemetry floor.  The patient main patient population is ENT, Colorectal, and Urology.  This floor is a mix of med surg and step down.

• Implements the nursing process by delivering effective relationship based nursing care.
• Demonstrates technical skills in care delivery that result in safe practice and positive care outcomes.
• Demonstrates clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinical operations.
• Develops self and contributes to the professional practice of nursing.
• Displays leadership that influences optimal clinical and operational outcomes.

Shift: Part time (24 hours/week) position working Monday - Friday, rotating day/night shift with rotating weekends & holidays.  Non-traditional scheduling is available.  

Sign-on Bonus:  This position is eligible for a $3000 sign-on bonus to eligible candidates.  Eligible candidates must be newly hired to UH and have at least 1yr of RN experience.
