Grill Cooks: Come help craft our made-from-scratch, mouth-watering recipes that provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests! Duties will include grilling a variety of different dishes.

Kitchen Help: It's not called heart of our house for nothing. The kitchen is where much of the magic happens. Through preparation and production, your talents bring to life the vision of our founders - a large selection great food that make Guests hunger for another visit. Slicing, dicing, cooking, grilling and saucing gives you all kinds of opportunities to utilize your skills. 

Servers: Servers are responsible for coordinating the delivery of food and beverages tableside in a designated three table section in the dining room. Coordination of tableside service requires strong communication and teamwork with other employees. With our constant table turnover, you income is limitless!

Hosts: Hosts are responsible for welcoming guests and coordinating front desk systems to graciously and systematically seat parties in the restaurant. This position requires strong communication and teamwork with other employees. The result of proficient performance is the delivery of professional and positive first impressions. This first impression will create the building blocks for a dining experience that meets/exceeds guests’ expectations.

Bussers: Come join the Lotawata family as a Busser, where you will make each guest's day better with friendly, prompt, and attentive service. You'll be a team player and will be responsible for bussing, cleaning and properly resetting tables. You will support our commitment to bringing the best of who we are to deliver perfectly tailored service to each and every Guest. As a Busser, you'll help to provide each customer with an awesome experience, by setting the stage for a memorable dining experience that makes each Guests day better. Have no worries, just fun!
