Civil Engineer, AZ Bachelor's degree in engineering, Permanent Establishment status & at least 5 years relevant hands-on experience in 3 or more of the following: construction cost estimating, hydro logic modelling (HEC-HMS) and hydraulic design, pumping/piping design, regrade design (3D), geotechnical analysis, Construction Quality Assurance (CQA), concrete design, structural analysis, preparing construction specifications & bid packages with excellent writing & oral communication skills. Auto Cad Civil 3D exp required. Geographic Information System GIS experience is a plus. Ability to organize & handle multiple assignments. Fieldwork & travel may be required.
