Payroll/ Receptionist
A. Technical:
• Ensures that Business Office tasks are done correctly and on schedule, such as payroll, Staffing Reports, new hire/termination documentation, and Balance Turn Sheets.
• Initiate and maintain personnel files as required.
• Coordinate and maintain Employee Benefit Program including vacation time, sick time, and insurance.
• Complete Month End Reports.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail; including sorting, distributing, forwarding, and preparing mail.
• Greets visitors, answers phones, and ensures a professional atmosphere in the reception area.
B. Administrative:
• Prepares and retains files and reports according to policies and procedures.
• Performs filing, typing, copying, and correspondence as needed.
• Participates in assigned meetings and in-services.
C. Consumer Service:
• Presents professional image to consumers through dress, behavior, and speech.
• Adheres to Company standards for resolving consumer concerns.
• Ensures that all consumer and resident rights are protected.
•Maintains strict confidentiality of all employee and resident information.
D. Qualifications:
• High School Diploma required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English for business necessity.
• Experience in general office procedure including typing and filing necessary.
• Good organizational skills.
