Job Summary | The Campus Support Technician responds to staff requests for technology equipment, support and supplies, performs minor repairs on equipment and assists with inventory. The position produces instructional and promotional videos at the campus level using digital media and functions as a liaison to faculty, staff, and students with technology needs. The position troubleshoots and repairs technology equipment, as well as installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to microcomputer hardware and software systems and provides technical assistance/training to system users. |

Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representatives of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. |
