Currently, RNP has the following position available: Clinical Nurse Manager Full-time position available: Monday and Friday 10am- 6pm; Tuesday through Thursday 8am- 4pm Responsible for training, orienting and providing direct observation and evaluation of nursing staff; Provide oversight and documentation of all activities related to the dispensing of medication in accordance with nursing standards of care, program policies and procedures; Adhere to all federal and state regulations as they pertain to a 3.7D Medically Monitored Detox level of care; Responsible for maintaining professional relations with other providers, including methadone maintenance clinics to facilitate client transitions; Scheduling and securing appropriate nursing coverage; Provide individual supervision to nurses on a regular basis and maintain records of supervision; Providing direct client care when needed; Provide on-call nursing support in conjunction with program director.

QUALIFICATIONS

Registered Nurse (RN) degree required. Must have management and detox experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES REQUIRED

Thorough knowledge in the provision of medical and detoxification treatment. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and supervisory skills. Must have good clinical and medical assessment skills. Should have excellent time management and must be detail oriented. Must have knowledge of Medication Assisted Treatment and the ability to perform insurance utilization. Needs to be able to ensure appropriate staffing. Must have complete flexibility with schedule. Will need to be able to cover any nursing shift if needed. This position requires answering work calls and emails 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
