Maintenance Specialist

Seeking a motivated & skilled Maintenance Specialist(s) to join our team.

Requirements:
- High School diploma/GED preferred.
- 1-2 years experience in apartment related maintenance (carpentry, dry-wall, HVAC, electrical, appliance repair, painting, plumbing); preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-pace & customer service oriented environment.
- Hours-40/week, Monday-Friday with rotational on-call availability.
- A valid driving license & clean driving record.
