Applications Systems Analyst - Specialist (BlueCross BlueShield of TN, Chattanooga, TN):

Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent years of experience; three (3) years experience with systems analysis and programming; three (3) years experience with .NET programming language; three (3) years experience with C#, SSRS, SSIS, T-SQL, or PS/SQL; three (3) years experience in querying SQLServer, Oracle, Sybase, DB2 or MS-Access databases; knowledge of information technology concepts, application development methodology, terminology and standards; demonstrated ability to lead, organize and prioritize multiple assignments and associated resources; demonstrated ability to interpret and translate technical and/or complex concepts into information meaningful to team members and/or business personnel; excellent communication skills in technical and non-technical forms; proven analysis, design, and coding skills, and demonstrated success in leading medium to complex technology-based efforts; working knowledge of information technology.

In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, will accept one year of technical experience for each year of requested college education in addition to the experience requirements listed above. Job offer contingent upon satisfactory background check, tobacco/nicotine test, and drug test.
