Job Summary and Qualifications

The Education and Analytics Program Coordinator is responsible for the support of clinical education activities to include classroom coordination, registration oversight, documentation of participation, scheduling, and procuring teaching materials. The education and analytics program coordinator will also provide assistance as a HealthStream and American Heart Association Training Center administrator. This position will perform a variety of quality data entry and management functions to include: data entry, routine database maintenance and standard report generation, verification and distribution. Additionally, the education and analytics program coordinator provide technical expertise necessary for the development and maintenance of meaningful division operations and education measures, reporting systems and data management infrastructures. The education and analytics program coordinator will also perform complex administrative duties, including responding for education and analytics leadership when unavailable and deals with a diverse group of external callers and visitors, as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization.

What qualifications you will need:

• 5+ years of progressively responsible professional experience, including 3 years in healthcare, quality, or education environment
• 5+ years data entry/management experience

• High school diploma
