Investigator for defense of indigent charged in fed court. Assist attorney's by investigating cases, locate/interview victims, witnesses and law enforcement, gather documents, use software and equipment, and serve subpoenas; recreate crime scenes, prepare oral and written reports and testify. Experience with social work or developing mitigation evidence is helpful. HS grad or equivalent. Must have 5 years work experience, with 2 in criminal inv or information gathering. Computer knowledge required. Spanish fluency preferred. Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
