Receive wheat, temper wheat; blend wheat according to provided specifications; operate metal detector and check for metal; take periodic sample of blended flour. Check bag weights, flour production, and packaging; and prepare daily milling reports; and conduct Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) check at the beginning of the shift. Conduct preventative maintenance as and when delegated by the maintenance manager. Ability to lift 50 lbs. $41,600/year.
