Are you a hard worker who likes to help people? Progressive Rehabilitation Associates, LLC is recruiting a Patient Service Specialist to join our experienced multidisciplinary team. As a Patient Service Specialist you are the first connection to our patients and the first smiling face they see upon entering a PRA clinic. You will be responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience to the patients of PRA as the first and last point of connection for each patient encounter.

Roles:

Our Patient Service Specialist also assists clinicians in their day to day work, allowing them to maximize their efficiency and to create an overall patient experience they will talk about to their family and friends. Our Patient Service Specialist will also be responsible for clinical administrative functions of patient intake, registration, and scheduling to ensure our patient and insurance billing is accurate and timely.

Progressive Rehabilitation Associates, LLC is a therapist-owned rehab company based out of Iowa City offering inpatient and outpatient PT, OT, and ST services to eastern Iowa.
