The Finance Director will report directly to the company's Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for controllership, process development, financial reporting, budget development, auditing and additional financial matters for the Company. This position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Management, Finance or a related field and 4 years of experience in a senior finance position. In the alternative, the company will accept 6 years of experience in a senior finance position, including as Finance Manager, Controller and/or Senior Financial Analyst in lieu of a Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience. Must also have three (3) years of experience (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) consolidating business unit and group results, and integrating acquisition finances into financial reports; (2) analyzing manufacturing costs and operating variances; (3) establishing, implementing and monitoring financial controls, including continuous review of financial systems; (4) preparing and managing budgeting and forecasting processes; and (5) preparing cash forecasting reports totaling over 100USD million and working with COGNOS financial performance management software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial reporting software.
