This position is responsible for the information management of patient records in employee health as well as providing information TB, immunization compliance to the credentialing department to assist in onboarding new members of the medical staff. Duties include, but are not limited to collect and report compliance data for maternity, infant licensure, Ohio department of health and Joint Commission. Assist with front desk activities including registration, check in, scheduling and answering phones. Enter data into core systems, Oracle, Athena, Systoc, etc. either via manual entry or document scanning. Work with credentialing office and graduate medical office to track compliance, report deficiencies and prepare resident packet for new incoming residents and fellows. Assist employee health staff, credentialing office staff and physicians with general inquiries. Perform other project and support duties as needed. Minimum 1 year administrative work experience with knowledge of medical terminology required. Medical records experience preferred. Notable client service and relationship building skills required. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated organizational skills with strong attention to detail required. Must be able to handle a fast paced work environment. Must be flexible with tasks and assignments and short deadlines. Must be a team player and creative in solving.

High School Equivalent / GED 2 plus years of college preferred
