The Physician is responsible for providing professional medical services and will assess, coordinate and monitor patient’s ongoing Neurological medicine needs within the organization.

Job Requirements: Must have a current, valid, unrestricted Physician license in the state of New York throughout employment at Crouse Health.  Must attain and maintain active staff Medical Staff membership and clinical priviliges appropriate to duties and responsibilities. Must hold and maintain current, valid and unrestricted federal and state registrations to prescribe and dispense controlled substances.Current Board Certification with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) or American Board of Medical Specialties (AMBS).  If not currently Board certified, candidate must be Board eligible.
