Sub-contractors must be a self-starter, neat and possess organizational skills, have your own tools, valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle. Has the ability to do interior/exterior painting, do minor carpentry, repair drywall, hang wallpaper, be able to apply stains to wood, work with fiberglass, power washing, run fork lift equipment, and use scaffolding. Clean in appearance and be good with clients is also a must have.
