Sussex Borough has an immediate opening for a part-time qualified Zoning/Housing/Code Enforcement Officer will be responsible for reviewing all zoning permit applications and making appropriate interpretations based upon the Borough Code, perform housing inspections for annual rental and resale and to administer and enforce local ordinances, codes, and regulations related to housing inspections, property maintenance, zoning and other matters of public concern. The position will require periodic attendance at evening meetings and court hearings.
