Program Specialist

Fayette Resources, Inc. a local non-profit Company has a Program Specialist position available in our Elizabeth, PA office working with adults who have intellectual disabilities. This is a Supervisor position overseeing multiple group homes. Must have an associate's degree or 60 credits from an accredited college or university and 4 years of related experience, or a bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience. Applicant should be able to work a flexible schedule, have good communication and organizational skills. Supervisory experience a plus. Must have a valid PA drivers' license. This is a full-time position with an excellent benefit package.
