Heartwood Custom Woodworks in Eagle, Colorado, needs experienced woodworkers to join our company. Employee housing is currently available.

Ideal candidates should have at least 3 to 5 years' experience making custom cabinets and must be able to demonstrate advanced skill in complex woodworking techniques. We want individuals who can produce premium-quality custom work per the specifications provided and required. You should be able to build according to the plans, plan your work, and execute the plan safely and efficiently.

We need individuals with hands-on experience using a vast array of woodworking tools and precision machinery, with excellent math skills, who can communicate clearly and work under pressure to meet customer-driven timelines.

Our employees work
both within a team and/or independently as needed and sometimes act as a "lead" or mentor to others. Being organized, motivated, detail-oriented, a problem-solver, and a reliable respectful person is required. You will need to speak/read/write in English, but it doesn't have to be your first language. Bilingual English/Spanish skills would be a great addition.

We provide challenging full-time year-round work, up to 80hrs paid time off per year, and health premium reimbursement plan. The pay range for a skilled woodworker as described above varies from $24 to $32 per hour plus overtime. We try to be flexible about requests for time off whenever possible. When operations are producing positive results, we provide discretionary bonuses for outstanding merit. On-site employee rental housing is available. Relocation assistance may be available for top talent.
