The PAO employs over 500 deputies and staff with annual budget 80+ million dollars. We have four divisions: Criminal, Civil, Juvenile and Family Support. We are looking for an enthusiastic Paralegal to assist the Civil Division. The paralegal will assist the attorneys in the Contracts, Natural Resources and Parks and Employment Sections.
Position start date is January 10, 2021.
Salary: Range 49
$30.67 (step one) - $38.88 (step ten) Hourly*Who May Apply: This position is open to anyone who meets the minimum qualifications.
Work Location: 1191 2nd Avenue, Suite 1700, Seattle, Washington 98101. Candidates may be eligible to telecommute, but must be able to travel into the office as needed.
Work Schedule: 35-hour work week, typically 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This position is eligible for King County’s generous benefits package and is covered by the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Union Membership: Positions in this classification are represented by Teamsters Local No. 117.*
