The Room Service Call Representative is responsible for obtaining meal requests from patients and families at Crouse Hospital through the At-Your-Request Room Service Dining order system. Duties include obtaining detailed meal request information via phone or fax and accurately input meal information into the computer system while providing excellent customer service.
Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must possess excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently. Basic keyboarding skills and previous computer experience required.
