Legal: Associate - Real Estate Practice Group Mayer Brown LLP, Palo Alto, CA Perform real estate due diligence (title, survey, zoning review) and draft legal memoranda summarizing issues to clients; advise and counsel the firm's lawyers regarding matters of Chinese law related to real estate issues; advise client on differences between legal regimes governing real estate issues in China and the United States.

Must have a Law Degree (Juris Doctor/JD) and a law license from any U.S. state and Chinese Law or Business Administration degree with a specialization in Law.
